I'm counting down my days to my vacation and to the last 15 pounds I need to lose. The workout I did yesterday was very hard on me. Still feeling the effects of it today, but I'm not stopping.
You can do it! Keep me posted. I have been doing Weight Watchers since Christmas, but I didn't work out, and I have lost 20 pounds. Wish I had more time because I miss the work out. It's good for stress as well.
Are you doing any sort of program? I've done Jillian Michaels 30 day shred, insanity and P90x. Keep the faith, and know you didn't put it all on at once, so it's not going to come off all at once.

ReplyDeleteUgh...that's what I need to be doing. I'm clearly gonna have to get a workout partner or a professional trainer.
